Therefore, it declares the following environmental principles, based on the said premise: ISO 14000 Certification:

• To implement a system for the detection, correction, prevention and continuous improvement of impacts of the Company’s activities on the environment.
• To design new products that can guarantee the minimum environmental contamination during manufacturing processes and, at the end of their working life, guarantee the elimination of waste through recycling methods.
• To actively promote the internal training of staff and collaborators in the environmental management practices, assuring the certification and commitment with the programs set forth
• To involve clients and suppliers in the process, with internal and external communications, informing them about the environmental protection actions implemented and how they can collaborate, using a transparent approach.
• To establish environmental management criteria and enforce them in the assessment of subcontractors and suppliers, supporting joint improvement plans for selective collection processes, the reduction of consumption and recycling, in a way that is compatible with the company’s management.
• To measure, revise and improve the compliance with the principles aimed at the respect of the environment as a fundamental element of Masias’ management.
• To establish the environmental improvement objectives and supply the resources required for their attainment.
