MASIAS is run by a direct human team of 120 persons and more than 50 indirect collaborators.

It has an engineering and design centre, a main factory in the headquarters of Sant Joan les Fonts (Girona), a factory for the production of automation and electronic control equipment (Sant Joan les Fonts) and an associated factory in Celrà (Girona).
MASIAS has always been committed to comply with the safety and occupational health legislation.

Throughout the year 2007, MASIAS has made a huge effort in the prevention of occupational and health hazards. The General Management area has fostered and continues to promote internal training actions and campaigns to reinforce the prevention actions as a guiding policy of the company’s activities, enforcing and complying with the regulations and increasing the human resources and material dedicated to the prevention of occupational hazards. During the past year, the most important elements include the new Emergency Plan and the training on Preventive Resources of all mechanical assembly personnel of the Recycling Division.
