Society committed to enigneering, manufacturing of equipment and electromechanical components for textile fiber processing and delivery "turnkey" of complete lines for goods manufacturing within the bedding industry. It is also devoted to engineering services and technical assistance and spare parts supply and delivery. It has a subsidiary society in México.

MASIAS ROVIRA CALDERERÍA, S.L. - 50% of industrial investment. Society devoted to the exploitation and management of the factory where most of electromechanical equipment and components for MSW treatment are built. Located in Celrà, very close to the French Border (Girona - Spain).
