The facility is composed of the followings machines:
- Fine opener AD-160/TPMF: Specially designed to work with microfibre, but can also work with lots of fibres. The opening is done by fitting and plate carding cylinder. The result is maximum performance in volume / weight to be used as filler.
- Ball Fibres Forming Machine CMM-160: Specially designed for the processing of fibbers into balls, generally used for filling. Works with DTX 6.7 polyester fibers, 32 mm Hollow, Conjugate and Silicone.
- Shredder DF-160/TC: This machine can recover all types of needle punched , felts, nonwovens or quilted . Thanks to optimum reopening of the fibres, the material obtained by shredding can be reprocessed in different production lines as mattress covers, felts, pillows, cushions, upholstery. This machine is connected to a dust extraction system and air filter.
- Pillow Filling MaMachine Pesfibre VAC-2-TAP: Automatic line that allows the dispensing and filling pillows, cushions and upholstery pieces. The filling is done uniformly by vacuum suction system and control system is highly accurate precision.

This new technology consists of a fabric forming webs TNT and ultrasonic welding process, thus eliminating the classic roll of wadding or the need to invest in an expensive line of forming fleeces.
- M2-bagging: bagging unit that allows open or pulping fibers in bags of about 10 Kgs Its technology allows to work with bags of any material.
All machines are connected to a transport system using fans and air tubes.
This new facility will allow Masias investigate new materials, new blends and new products and offers the ability to visualize and test the machines to our customers.
