The new catalogue of Masias Maquinaria includes two new machines that make it possible for the customers to increase the productivity of the existing installations. These two units were presented last May at Interzum exhibition in Cologne.

RESIFOAM is designed for the recycling of foam and is a complementary device to Masias sofa filling equipment.

RESIFOAM recycles the foam wastes as well as the foam selvages of a reel, leading to the maximum regularity in the cutting process. This unit can be used to cut foam, viscoelastic or latex.

After the presentation of the prototype in Cologne, Masias started the manufacturing of RESIFOAM, and the first unit will be supplied to Poland in October.

The new quilts production unit SAD MF with Ultrasonic Welding System is equipped with:

·Pad forming with non-woven in the central area.
·Cut and side welding .
·Condenser with cutter and cross welder.
·Winding equipment (replaceable by a quilts piler).

SAD MF can simultaneously feed both single needle and multineedle machines and is designed to obtain a product that can replace the thermobonded wadding, which facilitates the use of two single needle machines.
