MASIAS will be again exhibiting at ISPA Show in Charlotte (NC, United States), from 3rd to 6th March 2010 (Booth 2806). We will introduce the possibilities offered by our Direct Feeding System, which connected either to a multi-needle quilting machine (SAD-300/MF) or to our ultimate ultrasonic welding device (SAD-300/MF-USW), will feed a nice pad of opened polyester fibers directly from the bale (instead of using the traditionnal wadding rolls) into the end-products like quilts,comforters or mattress panels, increasing by this way the productivity, profitability and flexibility of your quilting lines.

Our SAD-300/MF is today the only system that makes it possible to recycle, blend and then reintroduce in your mattresses the wastes of quilted products with fibre inside (mattress panels, scraps or non-wovens), cuts of foam... resulting from your production lines.

We will also introduce our latest developments in opening, blending and filling equipments for pillows, cushions and quilts with natural or manmade fibers, balls, feather, foam and other materials.
